Even after marriage,a woman is entitled to a domicile certificate from the place of residence of her parents

Rajasthan High court said in a decision, the place of residence of a woman can not be changed on the ground of her marriage.The woman is entitled to a domicile certificate from the place of residence of her parents.
             According to the case,a woman named Anita Suthar,a resident of Badi Sadari, filed a petition and told.He was born in Chittorgarh.She remained in Chittorgarh with her parents till her marriage.After marriage, she came to in-laws house in Badi Sadari.chittorgarh comes under T. S. P. area.Therefore she applied to the Tehsildar to obtain a certificate of being a resident of the T. S. P. area Her application was rejected on the ground that the place where she currently resides.he is not included in T. S. P. area. Therefore this certificate can not be given to him.  
 After hearing Anita's side, Justice Dinesh Mehta said that one can not change the place of original residence just on the basis of marriage  If she lived in T. S. P. area before marriage then she is entitled for special domicile certificate.The Court asked Anita to apply afresh with a certified copy of this judgement.Also, the Tehsildar has been ordered to settle the matter with in fifteen days.
